RECIPE

 

Ingredients

1 cup hung yogurt (let it stand in a sieve for 10-15 minutes, to get rid of all the excess water)

1/2 tsp minced garlic, roughly 1 pod

1/2 tsp olive oil

Juice of 1/4 lemon (make sure to remove any seeds that may fall while squeezing)

1/4 tsp salt, or to taste

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

1 tbsp tightly packed dill (wash and dry before measuring)

 

Method

Take a clean glass bowl and all the ingredients.

Mix well. Let it stand for 15-20 minutes to let all the flavours blend together

Serve with veggie sticks or any crisps of your choice.

 

 

Tip : Perfect dip or add into the tiffin for kids.
