Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation will consist of a comprehensive intake where we will talk about your lifestyle history. This will involve

  • Health history, sleeping habits, digestion, energy level, current food intake,symptoms you’re experiencing, menstrual cycle (if you are a woman), along with many other things.
  • Address your health concerns, explore the roots of any challenges, assess your current daily diet and identify deficiencies.
  • We will then design a dietary program to meet your unique needs and create realistic goals to initiate lasting health changes .
  • Content may include recipes, meal and snack ideas, supplement recommendations, and exercise and lifestyle practices to address your biochemical individual needs.

We believe in safe, sustainable and healthy weight loss and we do not advocate the use of popular diets or extreme weight loss methods. The weight loss market is lucrative and full of misinformation, and it is the endeavour of MCC to contest all of the misinformation that seems too readily available in the weight loss segment.
